Drs Coleman and Jones briefly discuss the results of the updated analysis of the IES trial and clinical implications of switching adjuvant endocrine therapy to exemestane after 2-3 years of adjuvant tamoxifen to complete 5 years of treatment in postmenopausal women with breast cancer.
