Target Audience

This educational activity is designed for urologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals involved and/or interested in the management of prostate cancer.

Learning Objectives

After successful completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
  • Identify unmet therapeutic needs in the management of patients with advanced prostate cancer
  • Compare traditional chemotherapies with novel chemotherapeutic agents in the management of patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer
  • Discuss the rationale and role of immunotherapy for patients with advanced prostate cancer
  • Evaluate novel and emerging targeted therapies for castration-resistant prostate cancer based on recent clinical trial data
