  • Examine the current understanding of HCC tumor biology with regard to gene profiling, molecular targets, biomarkers, and risk-assessment strategies
  • Describe current standards of care and recent advances in the treatment of advanced unresectable HCC, including the role of targeted therapies, patient selection, and appropriate response-monitoring strategies
  • Discuss the efficacy and safety of treatment options for patients with metastatic HCC beyond first-line therapy, including chemotherapy and novel targeted agents
