Please note, cancellation can only be done in writing.

 
Hotel cancellation policy
In case of hotel room cancellations from 19 January 2010, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

prIME Oncology does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this program should be cancelled for any reason. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice in the event of cancellation of the program.
