LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:


  • Discuss challenging issues and strategies for improving the management of patients with solid tumors, including melanoma, lung, gastrointestinal, breast, ovarian, and prostate cancer
  • Describe strategies for the integration of novel agents in the management of patients with these solid tumors with attention to clinical and molecular determinants, disease stage, comorbidities, tolerability, and other criteria for therapy selection
  • Integrate multimodality treatment strategies, including immunotherapy, surgery, chemotherapy, and  targeted therapy, into the management of patients with solid tumors
