These presentations discuss recently released data from the 2011 Annual Hematology Meeting in San Diego, focusing on various aspects of the management of patients with hematologic malignancies.

Learning Objectives
After successful completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss the most recent clinical trial data regarding treatment of patients with lymphoma and multiple myeloma
- Describe emerging therapies and novel treatment strategies in lymphoma and multiple myeloma, and evaluate the practical utility of novel agents based on data from recent clinical studies
- Evaluate the use of molecular markers and patient characteristics to guide the therapeutic decision-making process in patients with hematologic malignancies
